Madera County is pleased to announce the release of the Public Review Draft Zoning Ordinance. This draft is available for review on the County's Planning Division website (https://www.maderacounty.com/government/community-economic-development-department/divisions/planning-division) and this project website. The Public Review Draft Zoning Ordinance reflects revisions made to the County's zoning regulations based on input from the Board of Supervisors, Planning Commission, and members of the public during our various community engagement efforts.
Madera County encourages interested parties to comment on Public Review Draft Zoning Ordinance. Comments are due March 31, 2023. Those interested in commenting on the Public Review Draft can submit comments in writing or email to the County's project representative or using the "Comment" feature on this website.
